The Comprehensive Housing and Empowerment Model
KEYS is a robust transitional housing program that provides individuals with a holistic support system to enhance their personal development, academic pursuits, and employment prospects. This person-centered model integrates housing stability with essential elements such as mentors, case management, life skills training, employment training and placement, college navigation, outside activities, and process circles. The model aims to empower individuals, foster independence, and promote long-term success by combining these components.

Case Management & Mentorship
We provide structured case management focused on SMART goals and collaborative life planning, working alongside participants to identify priorities and support progress toward their personal goals.
